Student Accommodation

Student accommodation has developed to offer more options for use of a single room.

With the benefit of its experience with individual customers and involvement in large-scale projects, Espace Loggia offers a reliable and long-term solution providing optimal space saving for small areas.

Toulouse university halls of residence

Together with architects X. Ratynski (LCR Architectes) and J. P. Loupiac (Atelier 13), the Toulouse regional student accommodation authority (CROUS) has, since 2013, renovated 1,065 bedrooms in various Toulouse halls of residence.

Thanks to the ceiling bed specially designed by Espace Loggia for these projects, the students now enjoy an optimal level of comfort. With the bed raised to ceiling level, a dining area is freed up for the daytime and, with the bed down, the student can sleep in a high-quality bed.

CROUS Nantes

The management of the La Bourgeonnière campus in Nantes, built in the 1970s, decided together with their architect A. Pellerin to rely on us for this major rehabilitation project.

Thanks to our ceiling bed, Armel Pellerin, the architect appointed by the Nantes CROUS, was able to retain the same number of bedrooms. Within the existing 9 m² floor area, our solution enabled the needs of new students to be met, i.e. greater comfort and functionality.

Thanks to the slide-away deck specially designed by Espace Loggia for this project, over 300 student bedrooms now provide an optimal level of comfort. With the bed raised to ceiling level, a dining area is freed up for the daytime and, with the bed down, the student can sleep in a high-quality bed.

Residence Etudiante Privée – Tarbes

The Oxygène Hall of residence in Tarbes, offers private student accommodation, with 70 units rented, with our solutions.

These rooms have only a small floor area, like most current studio flats. By working with Espace Loggia, space-saving solutions were created to meet the students’ needs.

The rental flats in the Oxygène Hall of residence are now fitted with our ceiling beds, allowing the floor area to be freed up when the bed is stored at ceiling level during the daytime. This provides optimum space saving for a special level of comfort, giving students the best conditions for success.
